Didn't he have a big dunk toward the end of the Illinois game? I don't think it will motivate him that much, but he really did not play well last night so I do not expect him to be that bad to often.

Those wins do boost our resume, but I think the more important thing that gets us in over some other schools is the crowd IU brings. You give that resume to any other program that does not travel like IU they are a bubble team with work to do.

Our best post player only seen the floor for 12 minutes and got 2 shots with only 1 foul. This is 2 games after he kept us in the Wisconsin game and dominated there bigs.

When I think of him I think of James Harden to an extent very competent on the offensive side of the ball but just as bad on the defensive side of the ball.

1. Wisconsin probably played there worst game against us in years and we still lost. I understand we struggle against Wisconsin, but a good coach figures out how to win games eventually. 2. Louisville I will give you that was a tough game on a neutral floor in Indianapolis. 3. Butler It is not a boost in character to lose a game. We are not the bad guy for winning. We are a team that came out competed and won. Running up the score would not be good and ruin our character but just simply winning I don't think so. 4. I do not care where we play Fort Wayne whether it be in Fort Wayne, in Bloomington, on a street in downtown Indy or on the Moon I expect us to win that game and win it by a significant margin. 5. Nebraska is a team we should beat annually to improve out stock in the B1G.

If this happens, and it should not, the buyout better be at a reasonable level. The pay should also be what he is worth.

Honestly I think anyone that coached a fundamentally sound game would have been ok. It's Indiana players will come, and coaches will be able to recruit better with the budget they are given here. I don't think fans would be near as upset if we got beat based on not being the better team instead of lack of knowledge, poor coaching decisions, and fundamentals.

I might be being a little over critical with that but if he takes the job at ASU because of the prestige then IU basketball should be able to upgrade coach on the same level. Last title 87 last runner up 2002 both are better than ASU baseball.

They have a long history but no titles since 81 no runner ups since 98 and no CWS since 2010.

How long have fans been upset with Crean? How apathetic has the fan base become? How many people just don't care anymore? This has not helped the basketball program or university in any way.

Arizona St is a strong baseball program but walking away from a team you just took to the college World Series would be hard. I just think most all of his coaching decisions are very questionable.

He didn't hire him but he extended him with the crazy buyout. Also he did not pony up the money to keep Tracy Smith as the baseball coach. He has made some good moves and upgraded facilities (some that should have been replaced) but overall his coaching decisions have not been great

What's the main sport at IU and the money maker? If he fails the basketball program he is failing the University. Along with the football situation that just happened he is not looking as strong as he was last year.

The only thing I am judging Glass on right now and if he don't get rid of Crean then he needs to go for someone who will.

Wisconsin didn't even play typical Wisconsin ball and hold the ball for good looks. They did a lot of what we are known for and settled for the 3 they took 20 to our 15. They also played fairly sloppy. I think this could have been a lot worse then what it was had they played there typical fundamental basketball and worked the ball.

I have to disagree with this. It is not till the last year or so that we have had a high character team. Before that there were so many off the court issues. If he can keep it like it is then good for him but it takes more than 1-2 years to prove that to be a fact. Recruiting is starting to fall off also, and still no future PG.
