I personally will have this game on the laptop at work.   I can't not (double standard, i know) watch the Hoosiers even though I can't stand the attitude right now of this team.   Kick some butt Hoosiers and make me feel better :cheese:

This team showed flashes of brilliance in team offense and sometimes defense.  They held and contested WF for about 5 minutes in that second half (it still is piss poor).   But then reality hit these guys again.  Individuality set in. Stats were on the the line.  Streaks were about to be broken.  Heroism took over and passing stopped...cuts to the basket stopped...defense stopped...coaching stopped...playing basketball stopped!   This starts from the top down - until these guys drop the "i need to be a human highlight film and pad my stats so that I look good to NBA scouts" Bull#$%^, this team will not succeed.  Caoching staff need to stop allowing this to happen.  I hate, hate, hate the NBA!!!!       Sorry, to stay on this thread.   WE WILL BEAT THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF ST. JOHN'S (or we better).

Blackmon sucked! Tb got schooled Nick good! Troy good but to much flash at the end. No game plan! Let's see if we can just score more points than the other team. Sorry. I am mad with too many beers.

I agree with the comments in this thread.   One glaring thing that I see is that his energy tends to make everyone around him better.   How many times did we see big leads only to be squandered because our energy disappeared?  I haven't seen that happen yet and that is a big change from last year (see the Eastern Washington game).   I love the fact that we are actually seeing role players on this team.  Max and Tom have actually used post moves that have been vacant for some time.   To me, this acts like a play action pass in football.  If you utilize the running game, it opens up the pass.  Very hard to defend.   With a post presence threat, we can kill you on the blocks or the wings.   Starting to come together, but need a good test to gauge strength.

I will be at the game tonight ready to embrace the new season.   I always like to take time and shout out a few blessing on the upcoming season:   Keep the team protected from health issues and injuries. Keep their minds focused on making good decisions both on and off the court. Win as a team, lose as a team. May the Freshman learn and the others lead. Play with will and desire. Understand that every game is important. Know your role and use it as a strength. Remember, the game is 40 minutes long.   GO HOOSIERS!!!!  Make this season count!

I am sorry guys...I am really glad we didn't land this kid.  Talented and toxic.  I think bad things happen to those that are around this kid.  Just my gut feeling though.

If you are bored today, go over to CBSSports and beat on some UK fans.  I went there yesterday posting in regards to the "7 to leave for NBA" article.  They think they have all the comebacks and can't stand criticism of their program.  I needed that yesterday.  It's kind of like taking my frustrations out on a punching bag.

It sounds like he is trying reaaaalllly hard to convince himself that IU doesn't make sense.   Quit hoping that something better will pop up!  Go to IU, put your time in, and bring the program up damnit!  ...and bring that Maker kid with you while you are at it!!!!!
