Sure is a lot of work to go through just to make it appear it"s a difficult decision, although having gone on college visits with my daughter, at one school she flat out told my wife and I that she wouldn't be going to the school before the visit even started, but we still took the tour anyway and she enjoyed it, but it didn't sway her.

At least he's giving iU one more shot, and possibly the last word, that's all you can ask for.

Here's to hoping that Archie will have this team better prepared to make a run than Crean ever seemed to.

I've said it before, I'd love to have Romeo come to IU, but I'm not losing any sleep over his decision. I have faith in what Archie is doing.

It's good that this is all coming out...but the timing of it being right before March Madness is kind of odd, it's like they are trying to ruin the tournament with this news.

I really don't care about Vanderbilt...at all, and I don't hate Bryce Drew, BUT you gotta admit that it's kind of peculiar that a new coach at an SEC bottom feeder school, and coach who has no history of landing top recruits, and the school has no history of landing top recruits, has suddenly pulled in 2 5-star recruits, and potentially another one if they get Romeo. That seems shady...don't you think?

I'm not totally in sync with all the "he said, he said" stuff from the Vanderbilt board, but for Rabjohns to refute it per Tim Langford....apparently...doesn't totally resonate with me, I don't always trust Rabby and his sources.

All true points, this team has improved, and hopefully we can make a run in the NIT. I am also looking forward to what this team will be like next season with Archie having a year under his belt. Definite reason for optimism.

They're giving IU one more chance to meet with Romeo before he makes his decision to show Romeo how he would fit in at IU....doesn't seem like we're out of it to me. Vanderbilt had his the visit this past weekend, Kansas had a in home last week, and so IU will get one final visit.

I fully expect to be better than Vanderbilt next year regardless of which school Romeo chooses.

Doubt Vanderbilt would be in the NIT.

My daughter is a senior in high school, and she has driven to Chicago by herself, so I trust her driving, but when it comes to visiting colleges we have gone as a family.

Struck me as odd when Romeo said he may announce his choice at the McDonald's game, or around that time, because if that's the case, then he really hasn't made his decision yet, as some seem to think. I could see him not announcing at the all-star game if it's not Vanderbilt because of Garland being there at the game.

I live near South Bend, and see all the highlights of Anderson's games on the news, I'm glad we're getting this kid. I think the season that Riley is having this year can be contributed to Damezi's leadership and talent.

IU fought back from an early deficit on the road to win despite some questionable officiating. Rob Johnson was clutch, glad for the kid.

They're pulling out all the stops to impress Romeo.
