This program has become a joke. It actually takes effort to be this bad for so long with so many resources. Terrible leadership for decades has put Indiana basketball in a constant state of trying to reinvent itself, only to fail over and over again. -
Thats probably true. They have 4 or 5 games they really should have won. They are much better than their overall record.

They are playing very well over the last couple weeks since a pair of poor performances in Arizona. They are honestly kind of a scary team if they sneak in as an 11 or 10 seed

I have a friend on the UC coaching staff so I've become a Bearcats basketball fan over the last couple years. I would trade our interior for theirs in a second. The combination of Baba Miller and Thiam is excellent.

Beautiful basketball. Amazing what shooters can do for an offense. After the dregs of shooting over the past decade, its refreshing to say the least.

Predictably, Oregon in the bonus with over 12 minutes left in the second half.

A win against Purdue is always big. That said, even Woodson had some wins over Purdue. This is a top 20 Purdue team, but not a top 5 team. That was their third loss in a row. We had a raucous home crowd to fuel the win. The real test will come on the West coast swing against USC and UCLA. Can we beat a quality team on the road? We need to find some real momentum, not just a singular win.

This will be the theme for the year - we will struggle when the 3s arent falling. More athletic teams will make us look like ****. I'd guess we finish around 5-7 in the Big 10 still and make the tournament. Not bad, but this roster isn't good enough to compete consistently with top 20 teams.

Great win. Can we give Louisville a game? I think so if we can hit shots and stay out of foul trouble.

Bailey goes out, go on a 10-2 run. His +/- has to be like -25 in this game.

I fear the more athletic back courts will give our team fits as the season progresses.

They were in that game until Miller went out.

Cincinnati is a good basketball team. They lost to Louisville tonight by 10, but lost their best player Baba Miller for the last 10 minutes or so due to injury. Louisville guard play is excellent. We are going to struggle mightily with their speed and athleticism.

Lindenwood (which i didnt know existed before just now) apparently lost to Saint Louis by 43 points.

Rebounding may be an increasingly problematic issue for this team.

I'm a bit concerned with our ability to match up athletically against longer and quicker teams, but man is it nice to see an IU basketball team that can shoot the rock again! Wilkerson is awesome.
