Two things about officiating that really bug me:
1) Screener sets a ball screen. Defensive player goes full throttle into the the screener, causing the screener to move. Moving screen called.
2) Officials not enforcing the five-second "closely guarded" rule. The defensive player practically has to be glued to the offensive player before they start counting. The rule says it should be enforced if the defender is within six feet. If this was enforced more, defenders wouldn't have to get in the grill of the ball handler, which would help cut down on hand-checking. It would also force teams to pass the ball more instead of just driving to the hoop, out of control, and getting rewarded with a foul call.
