My father has been dealing with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia for a few years, but just today he's been told that he has fast growing Squamous Cancer that's made it into his bones. Stage 3 or 4. Prognosis is not good. Please call your parents if you're lucky enough to still have them. Visit them and make dinner for them. Create memories. Laugh, hug them, tell them you love them. I get extra points for that? University of Richmond is the only campus I've been to that rivals the beauty of IU. Purdoo and NC State are the worst. Dartmouth had a cool vibe but full of clueless nerds. UC San Diego is the only place I ever thought I'd prefer over Bloomington. UC Irvine had a brewery in the Union building and gave me my own personal Stein. The Boll Weevels called me exotic and the University of Utah had the weirdest laws I've ever encountered. I helped put out a house fire at Middle Tennessee State. I've been to more campuses in America than I can remember But Auburn/Mississippi/Memphis is the worst. I'd have to think I'd turn down $1.5M to go there too.

In my 20's I spent a lot of time on Alabama's campus, Auburn, Mississippi Valley State, Alcorn State, Jackson State, Delta State, Mississippi State (and other areas not in the deep south) . The point I had is...eff the deep south. Especially Mississippi
