I get that and I don’t necessarily think he should start either but again, going by what I saw from Woodson, his resistance to change the starting lineup for any reason other than injuries, his quotes and mentality on Upper Classmen, I am anticipating Kopp starting whether we all like it or not. Question is, will it be at the 2 or 3. Personally I think the 2 suits him better than the 3 position. Depending on what happens to X, I could see this as the starting lineup going into next year: 1. X or JHS 2. Kopp 3. Geronimo 4. Thompson 5. TJD

Based on Woodson’s persistence on upper classmen, I can’t imagine Kopp not starting or playing ahead of Leal or in the mix at the 3 with Geronimo. You say we need another shooter but then leave off one of the better shooters we have on the team. (unless I’m missing some recent news about Kopp leaving or something)

In my opinion, this has to be the worst opinion I’ve seen on IU’s schedule (or the B1G for that matter that I’ve seen) ever. Gotta play the games and gotta beat the Teams you play. You can’t cherry pick every single opponent. Playing a team in the Big East should be a good winnable game on the resume. Another good game from the ACC. Who cares who it is?

Here is my proposed amendment to the current portal: Players can only transfer under these circumstances without sitting out 1 year (as a red shirt year or lose a year of eligibility): 1. After Sophomore Year 2. As a Grad Transfer 3. If player is dismissed from team by coach/university 4. If current coach leaves the program 5. Hardship Waiver

I would switch the Men’s and Women’s B1G Tournaments. Start the women’s B1G tourney on the Monday after the Mens Championship (moved to when the women’s is now). Gives the Mens teams more than a week to rest and prepare even if they have to play the play in game. Shortens the time for the women’s teams so they aren’t off nearly two weeks before their NCAA tourney starts.

The B1G needs to switch the Mens and Women's Tournaments since the Women's NCAA Tournament only plays 1 game during this first weekend. It would give all the mens big ten teams an extra week to prepare for the tournament and rest.
