His minute % and usage rate has now been adjusted to a more reasonable number. IU's roster is now projected at 25 again. Before, the projections had Kopp as getting 70% of the minutes with a high usage rate. And I agree that if Kopp is expected to carry that type of load IU won't be as good.

Doyel is being Doyel. I think he means that he is getting there in believing Yasir's side of the story. And Yasir said he is a guy of integrity and Doyel is giving him the benefit of the doubt with his article. So if Yasir ends up being a cheat, he and Doyel both look bad. Doyel always puts himself in the story for some reason

I have watched a few of his games and some highlight tapes.... I am becoming more convinced he will start next year. He is more talented than any guard we had on our roster last year and is probably better right now than any of them. Maybe rob gets the nod at the beginning of the year, but I have a hard time seeing Tamar Bates playing less than 25 minutes a game. Awesome! I have been clamoring for him for awhile as I think he is a great fit. No not the best talent, but a great fit. He can shoot but won't be expected to carry the scoring load each and every game. Can just do what he does best which will help this team tremendously. Welcome aboard Miller!

okay but that isn't 1-4. I would say the odds are higher that they go 4-1 than 1-4.

It is a tough schedule on paper. But not sure I would say it would be easy to go 1-4. Could it happen, sure. But I would be surprised if IU lost to Western Kentucky. They haven't been good lately. Losing to Idaho would be a major upset.
