I would normally agree with you regarding a recruit like this. But look at his offer list, tells kind of a different story. DePaul, Georgia Tech, Kansas State, N.C. State, Maryland, St. Johns, Boston College, Oklahoma State, Dayton, Pittsburgh, Illinois, Marquette. That is a pretty good list

Well see I think Romeo made a lot more sense. He played a position of need and without him the team would have been MUCH worse. Never mind the fact that he was from Indiana so Archie was going after him not matter what. But Aminu plays a position where IU is already more than covered. I can count three guys that will certainly play at his position with the possibility of two more. I just don't want IU catering to this kid for a year when it is not necessary and doesn't help the program other than saying oh hey look we signed a 5*.

I certainly won't turn down talent. But if he is only going to be here a half year or 1 year I am hesitant to get really excited about it. I mean will he have more impact on WINNING in that one year than those who we already have on the team? I will trust the staff on this one.

Yeah I have always been Justin Smith's biggest critic so there is obviously no argument for me. I was pretty happy he left and I am not ashamed to say it. I don't care that he averaged the most minutes or double figure points.

If IU has been out for a year now and the staff still felt they were in a good position, this kid will deserve all the hate he gets from IU fans when he comes to assembly. I hope that is not true. I am not one to bash kids for making a decision that is best for them as that is incredibly immature and ridiculous. But this just all seems off and not in line with what has been described as Trey's character.

IU v. FSU will be an interesting match-up. FSU lost a lot from last year in their top 3-4 scorers but still return some talent in M.J. Walker, Malik Osborne, and Balsa Koprivica. Plus they have a top 10 freshman in Scottie Barnes. No DG to score 30 and on the road, should be a good game.

We are a football school now. All that matters this week is beating Rutger, anyone who cares about anything else going on today or tomorrow is seriously mistaken. GO HOOSIERS.

Pretty sure this is the first one you have missed in 3 and 1/2 years. The odds of that are like one team accidentally scoring a TD, then the other team scoring a TD, a 2 point conversion, then accidentally kicking an onside kick, the first team misses a field goal, then the game goes to overtime and the first team scores a TD, then the other team scores another touchdown and ANOTHER 2 point conversion where its so close that nobody actually knows if he scored or not but the refs said he did which results in that team breaking a 42 game losing streak to top 10 teams. in other words, you're all good man.

Only thing that can make this better is Archie has to beat Purdue. Losing Trey sucks, but IU has the talent to beat them every time they step on the court even if he suits up for Purdue. JUST FREAKING DO IT.
