How did the Cavs do when LeBron left for Miami? Samething people just want to glorify the "good old days" and vilify current players. The situations are exactly the same.
It's easy to say that's how MJ was when his team was already loaded. People can rewrite history all they want but fact of the matter is MJ, Bird, and Magic all had superteams.
Yeah but that was because they were all already on loaded teams. People complain about LeBron, Durant, Etc. But Bird, Magic, and MJ all had "superteams" so it's really no different.
Dwight Howard and Boogie also play nothing alike. As soon as Howards athleticism was gone he wasn't anything special where as Boogie will still be dang near the same player regardless of when his athleticism goes.
I don't think his combine performance mattered either. If a team drafts him I think it will be based on potential and the combine had no effect on his potential.
