We've seen some favorites struggle and lose already. Let's compete for 40 minutes and move on to the second round. This bracket could easily provide a favorable path to a FF. Let's take advantage of it!

Remember when he wasn't going to be able to log that many minutes or his body stand up to that many minutes? Good times. purdoodoo is definitely flawed and could be upset in the second round against Memphis or FAU. They had Jenkins (?) come up big in a few of their Big 1.o tourney games when Smith and Loyer shrank. It'll be interesting to see how they deal with pressure and more athletic guards in the big dance. I could easily see Edey making lots of trips to the FT line during the tourney as teams haven't experienced dealing with that size.

Penn State didn't have a player that was going to block TJD when he got in and around the lane but he took a couple of weak shots. Reneau missed some shots but he backed his defender down and then went up for the shot. This is mainly what I'm looking for with TJD against Kent State. He won't need to go through a defender leaving it up to officials to make a call. Him elevating and hitting the baby hook will be plenty.

Hopefully TJD goes AT the rim when in the post against smaller defenders. I noticed several times in the Penn State game he started fading or allowed himself to be moved off the post. We need aggressive on offense TJD.
