I think a lot depends on his draft stock. Chad ford just updated his rankings yesterday. He had OG at 13. I don't have insider to see where TB is, but he is not top 20. Very good ranking for OG. Hopefully TB can sneak into the 1st and get into a good program. Hard to say whether he is gone hell or high water. I know 2 years was the plan when he came to IU. Olivia. He was getting the same people telling him they wished he would die before this incident. That is life in the limelight and stupid people on social media. The difference is now he is getting made fun of. He can blame it on death threats but he is getting no more than Laettner in the early 90s. He is now the most hated Duke player in history by his own doing. He made this situation. Now he has to live with the ridicule. His thin skin has caused him to trip 3 different players. We will have to see when they evaluate the rankings. Those were preseason rankings you posted. Their first mock on December 5th carried those forward. If OG is top 10, awesome. I don't believe it will happen without a strong 2nd half. Neither does pretty much anyone else. TB hasn't done anything to help his draft status. I think he is the only one of the 3 to consider coming back. I don't know either way and don't think he is the big loss of the 3. Anyone that has actually updated rankings based on play has dropped both. Hopefully OG goes in the lottery as that only helps us. No need to deal in absolutes with such a fluid topic. I do follow more than one website that hasn't updated rankings based on play. The player profiles you put in here are from the first part of October. Their mock carried over those rankings on December 5th. They haven't adjusted up and down based on play. I can't wait for the draft this year as it is really loaded. He may have reached out to gauge, but look at where our program was in that year. If you spoke with him in March it happened before the season, or probably after the 2014 NBA season. In 2014 we were terrible. No NBA coach is taking inquiries right before their season starts for college. Every one of them has hope. I think a lot has changed since Glass would have potentially inquired. As you said no coaches at this time would be an improvement. Like football with Wilson we are getting close to a point where recruiting will become an issue if there isn't an extension or change.
