  1. Usual Monday presser. Something to watch while this site is acting up!
  2. That’s great Adidas, thanks, but we need you involved a little bit before 12-0 and Heisman contention. We’ve got a big portal coming up and like it or not we’re one of, if not the best football program you have. So maybe throw some $ our way now for the portal and trust our staff. In return you’ll get that exposure you want… /rant over
  3. Kentucky felt left out and fired Stoops. $37M buyout. Nice to see that athletic dept waste some money.
  4. Haha. Also, LSU plays at Ole Miss next year…
  5. Nope. He may do very well there. But there are some parallels to Brian Kelly, and Brian had a much better track record when he went there. It will be very interesting. Lane obviously some traits that may keep holding him back.
  6. 1) Burning it down on the way out. Wow. Per On3: BREAKING: Lane Kiffin has lined up most of his offensive staff to join him at LSU, @clowfb reports. He's told them if they’re not on the plane to Baton Rouge today, they won’t have a spot on staff The Tigers have a press conference scheduled for Monday to officially introduce Lane Kiffin as its next head coach. 2) Anyone know what Penn State is up to?
  7. The Pavia family is wild. Yeesh!!! Lol.
  8. The ACC Champ game is funny. Duke is only +2.5 vs UVA. A bad team is making the playoff either way, but if five loss Duke gets in people will be so mad and that will be pretty funny. Herbie is already upset.
  9. For sure. Now that the UM game is over, it feels like the Eye of Sauron is now focused on us and Mordor's Orc army is heading our way. They're in the comments, they're registering on our boards, and they'll be annoying when they're in town. Their mix of arrogance and sensitivity is uniquely awful. The only way out is to find a way to win.
  10. Agree. I love CFB, but I'm no great FB mind. Some thoughts: - As usual I'll be hoping for no injuries. This is a mega huge game, but we're in the playoff and the playoff is even bigger. - Get some pressure on Sayin, which would be the first he has had all year. Ponds should hopefully do okay vs. Jeremiah, he did pretty well against him last year. There is no stopping him we just need to contain him. The rest of our secondary needs to play well and avoid some of the blown coverages we've had all season. Any screw up will be a TD. - Offensively we know we've got pop in the bat. Everything is obvious -- OL needs to play like they did at Oregon, our WRs need to get separation, and Fernando has to have a great game. UM had some success on the ground so hopefully we can too. It's a really hard game, but we've got a well-rounded team that gives us a chance.
  11. We've been eyeing this potential game for weeks. And now it is set. The lines are out and right now IU is generally around +5.5. This will be a very hard game, but if we can win at Autzen, we can win this one. Go IU! Radio - Varsity Network Radio - WHCC105
  12. Yea. If Lane goes I think they will tell him to leave. It’s an absurd conflict of interest and a poll of ADs 100% said you take another job you’re out. The only people pushing the “let him coach” angle seem to be ESPN/GameDay — it appears Jimmy Sexton/CAA got to ‘em. Which is pathetic on their part -- par for the course at this point really.
  13. Barry has a hard time mentioning us. Hey Barry: Good luck with the rebuild -- isn't that what you were supposed to do this year? With all these coach openings right now, I bet you wish you stayed at UNLV an extra year.
  14. HELLO EVERYONE!!! HOW ABOUT LAST NIGHT???!!! LMAO. IU fans took over Ross-Ade, we were making more noise that PU fans, and the team smashed 'em. 12-0 season. Absolutely incredible. Evans is off the injury report and we've got another week to get healthy for some of the biggest games in the history of IU athletics. Go IU! ScreenRecording_11-29-2025 07-46-43_1.mov
  15. Should we? just kidding
  16. Riley getting into the spirit! “I’m a little bit new to it, but I hate Purdue” Nowakowski said when asked about the Bucket Game. He did have a great guide to the rivalry in fellow tight end James Bomba. “This guy has been here six years, raised down the street, and having him in my room, I just talked to him about it, just kind of really trying to listen and hear what he has to say. You know, he’s a guy where it really means a lot to him, right? He’s been born and raised in this rivalry” Nowakowski said." https://hoosierhuddle.com/2025/11/26/i-hate-purdue-riley-nowakowski/
  17. New NBC interview with Cig. 17 min long. Good questions were asked. Great stuff as usual. I’d note two things: - He talks about how much he loves it here and how he views it as “ours” and something “we’ve created” and he couldn’t imagine leaving. - Cig says he was a RMK fan. What a guy…
  18. I think you’re spot on. A pretty good source said their roster cost $14M in total this year, which obviously is quite low, especially in the admittedly very competitive SEC where schools are spending $30-40M on their rosters. People say bball and even baseball eats up NIL there. Tough. I’m kinda surprised Tyson and/or Jerrah Jones aren’t helping football more. Maybe they will…
  19. Agree. This team showed potential for improved D last night, which is a very good sign. We did better than I thought we would, especially on PJ. And on the offensive side we know this team can be a little better than we were. We have a long way to go and tougher games coming, but through the first six games I'm not seeing any red flags and things look pretty good, which is about all I can ask for. It will be interesting to see how much CDD can get from this team. How consistent can we be? And if we defend better like last night AND click on offense... we can beat some very good teams.
  20. Nice work juicing the metrics at the end of the game. Never a doubt overall though. Very good job tonight. Modern bball!
  21. A lot of off the field positive stories with this team — here is one with Ponds. https://fox59.com/video/iu-football-player-hands-out-turkeys-hope-for-the-holidays/11284416
  22. I didn’t know about her. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. A lot indeed.
  23. A lot. Matt Weaver was just on a pod and he noted tampering is rampant. It makes sense given how players' agents can do all the dirty work (shopping players and fielding interest/offers). I think many schools are doing this. Of decent players who will see the field, they may not know their precise next spot, but I'd bet most (like 2/3 or more) have a short list of five or so schools who are interested by the time the hit the portal.
