Tom Crean 2011-2017: 138-69 W/L 63-45 B1G record 2x Conference champ 3x S16, 4x Tourney appearances Notably his last season 2016-2017 OG tore his ACL and was out for the year. IU was 10-3 before his injury. I’m not over 40 so this stretch seems pretty tolerable comparatively toward what has followed. This should be the baseline, many coaches, like Devries do not have the history that can achieve this level of success
