Inside Indiana Women Basketball: T. Moren being humble and thankful regarding players, coaches and fans. Positive about Lilly and Mack….but time will tell towards end of week. Therefore, noted not out of question to play small ball with Yarden in the middle. (played it vs Maryland). Noted if small ball is played some offensive adjustments will be addressed. Also noted in retrospect could have played more zone vs Illinois.

Last radio show for T. Moren and Austin Render ‘Inside Indiana Women Basketball’ is next Monday March 11…7:00pm-8:05pm (I think). (due to no men’s show). B96.7

Thought: Rather than giving contract raises to already high paying contracts for winning games and making tournaments which that’s why a coach is given the original contract in the first place (paid for what is expected….when those things don’t happen decrease contract pay by a $1,000,000 million dollars. Not just at IU but everywhere (and for all high level elite jobs).

Life is Good -
Pistol Pete Maravich coached by his dad was an entertaining one man show kind of like his own globetrotter show. Probably, advanced LSU basketball entertainment during his day as an entertaining player after a 1930s LSU era championship team. Maravich was good enough to have a stellar NBA career.

How many people performing at a 15-13 overall record; that includes 7-10 conference record, that includes 12-5 home record, that includes 2-6 away record with a win streak of 1 and no plan for success on their current job and be given $11,506.85 per day. Life is Good. Maybe, this post belongs in the Positive Only thread.

Navaeh Caffey….IU Ladies just got commitment from excellent quickness and athleticism…defensive and can get to the rim…can shoot 3 pointer and mid range plus fts….should end up being a very good/excellent team player. Bunch of upside.

LOVE In a class with the best of IU Ladies basketball and all student athletes…and all college students.

Maybe, partially true. (many people liked Greg Lansing/nice guy). However, there were many people on board with Josh Shertz hire. And of course you had naysayers….. think most were interested, curious, and hopeful….especially those who followed the program which was lacking….(kind of comparable to IU Ladies basketball program a decade ago 10 years ago). At any rate given the state of Indiana State basketball at the time and looking at Josh Shertz credentials 3 or 4 years ago….(before current ISU success) that was an excellent hire for Indiana State. ( maybe, with a little risk but at that point in time ISU didn’t have much to lose and a lot to gain which currently they have gained a bunch…community, campus, and the program itself beyond wins and losses.

Thank you all for your interest and applications in IU men’s basketball program. Currently, there are no job openings in the IU men’s basketball program. We at IU wish you well. Scott Dolson

Must see something in her. Pretty good group of schools. Maybe, an upside with alot of potential the time she is a junior in college. Not sure if making the top a12 on a player’s list means much if anything…..until a player cuts list to about 3 or 4. Why publicly announce list at a dozen? -
Thanks . Corrected it.

Duke Player helped off court by teammates after court storming vs Wake Forest. It seems court storming is just not good. Nowadays, People seem to not look out for others with respect. The number of people that rush the court…. people in a small space. Not sure about football (know they tear down goal posts etc and there have been fan injuries).
