So Colorado one ONE game….Colorado looked really good on offense with a heisman like performance from QB vs TCU a good team this year but not a great team and questionable…how good. Reminds me in 2006 when Terry Hep said after IU beat # 15 Iowa 31 to 28: “IU football was a SHOOTING ROCKET.” Without the Dieon garbage (but yes it was an excellent showing for a debut) Iowa ended up 6 wins 7 losses overall and 2 wins and 6 losses in big ten.

Coach T.A. Is just the most enthusiastic excited happy coach after a loss ( game after game) I suppose it does make it easier with that periodic IU salary deposit in the checking account.

Then once upon a time this truth…there were Kalen DeBoer and Michael Penix Jr. Decisions Decisions…..by those who make things happen for better or worse and consequences thereafter.

Actually, IU defense overall played good enough (more often than not) played well enough to be in this game and maybe even win it (and many other games) if IU had a decent offense…not even great just competent offense from coaches through players. Just turned into a very boring game.

Pretty much the same o same o…be patient, trying to help QB grow strategy. IU’s defensive front looked slow first series…playing much better now. IU QBs on short leash and undeveloped passing game during pre season camp (maybe lack of talent but no excuse not to be able to pass a little to some enough to mix it up a little to some to keep defense on its toes. Looking to see if IU is saving any kind of pass game for 2nd half. Passing on down 4 while going for it rather than passing on down 1, 2, ,3 was disrespectful from coaching to IU offense. Or just punt on down 4. = IU defense on field plus 3 points for OSU with as usual help from IU penalty. (Just horrific coaching play calling right when you were giving yourself a chance to go into halftime at worst 7-3…on par thus far. T. Davis is playing well from one of the top high school programs in the country. For Ohio State…looking a little down this year in speed.

Yes my edit was at same time as your post. as far as C.B. Probably peaked at IU and a school like Bowling Green he was probably the best QBs in practice.
