Not a good call but a great call!

Refs kept IU Ladies in check for first half especially including effecting IU Ladies shooting rhythm confidence. IU partially due to UCLA defense could not make 3s and missed open 3s.

Yardon Garzon ball handling, going to the basket, strength and scoring in traffic is improving.

At end of 3 UCLA very focused but at least 75% of 50/50 with a few just bad calls going against IU allowing UCLA being physical but not allowing IU to be as physical. ON IU HOME COURT. and yes things are a little easier for UCLA

Another terrible foul call against Parrish followed by air ball. Refs continue to keep IU in check.

And it continues. IU works hard but UCLA comfortably cruising.

Early in game three or four50/50 foul or no foul calls all went against IU. It helped UCLA check IU Ladies shooting confidence.

Waiting for a little UCLA fatigue and IU rebound and run make shots

Ironically, as far as contract circumstances go ZERO percent is coach Woodson’s fault. It’s just another example of an individual taking what is given to him or her.

IU Ladies can definitely win this game.

Does anyone think coach loses any sleep over IU men’s basketball? He purchased a C-Pap machine with all the bling and sleeps right through it.

See what happens: long flight but deep talent, UCLA winning last couple at home, and after hard work by Indiana in their play, does UCLA just come down and make shots? Plus does UCLA use IU crowd to energize themselves or not?

I assume everyone realizes that coach Woodson and staff feel like they are doing a distinguished job with the Indiana basketball program. Just ask them. They continue to work to get better all the time (not everyday but occasionally), increasing NIL money, more of a brotherhood, coaching staff and players are richer, they feel they have raised the level of IU men’s basketball program to untold heights because you don’t know what you don’t know.

IU Ladies wanting better results than Nebraska vs UCLA at UCLA; the first game this week. Second game Michigan at UCLA and then long flight to a week long prepped rested IU Ladies team with a Y.G.?? and IU gym atmosphere. (more accurate) Rebound the basketball and defense. And of course make shots and score. (Note: UCLA 26 turnovers vs Nebraska and still won by 37) Possibility of a shining moment for IU Ladies.

So does this mean IU men’s basketball is ranked Monday morning?

This is one of the few of the favorite things that a lot of money can buy. (Lost count on all the money).

Don’t want the game to get ticky tacky but when a team is getting humiliated or not some of these flagrant so called unintentional foul tactics cover ups (meaning player does not try to avoid injury of unprotected player whether gouging of an eye or landing on leg etc needs to be readily upgraded. Maybe, make a rule player has to go to a penalty box for 10 minutes plus foul even if it’s not intentional (because some of these so called unintentional are intentional cheap shots). Of course visible intentional cheap shots can still get upgraded to whatever is warranted.

More than solid win today. T. Moren and IU Ladies speak the truth regarding the unfolding of the 2024-25 basketball season.
