  1. Good to be road game for IU Ladies I suppose.
  2. IU Ladies have not been consistently over powering especially on the road in other teams gym.
  3. Turn from IU Ladies at half to men and first thing I see is turnover IU pass up the floor for a Wisconsin dunk, layup, or something for 2 points. Guess I will go back to IU Ladies.

(2025) - Brynn McGaughy to Washington

Must see something in her. Pretty good group of schools. Maybe, an upside with alot of potential the time she is a junior in college. Not sure if making the top a12 on a player’s list means much if anything…..until a player cuts list to about 3 or 4. Why publicly announce list at a dozen?
  5. IU Ladies going to play in a scaled back atmosphere X100 compared to atmosphere they just played in Assembly Hall. NW 7,000+ gym. Can’t get to lonely. Focus required.

Duke Player helped off court by teammates after court storming vs Wake Forest. It seems court storming is just not good. Nowadays, People seem to not look out for others with respect. The number of people that rush the court…. people in a small space. Not sure about football (know they tear down goal posts etc and there have been fan injuries).
  8. Blog threads are great assessment tools.
  9. Does IU men basketball ever run wind sprints? Shur Fish sidekick: IU up 1 and shooting ft: IU has opportunity to extend this lead and put some space between Penn State and IU and gain momentum going into halftime. Results: Penn State leads by 7 at halftime. Shur: at halftime IU is executing but just can’t hit the 3 which has been the problem all year. This is a winnable game….Got to be better offensively playing fast. Hitting the 3 is a part of executing..
  10. Congratulations to IU LADIES, T. Moren and the coaching staff. T. Moren working hard in preparation and on the sidelines. Reminded me of the old Bob Knight coaching days when IU would come back with vengeance. IU Ladies win in spite of C. Clark getting 4 or 5 specific favorable calls that went Iowa’s way that were very big obviously that should have been against her and gone IU Ladies way. The IU Assembly Hall Gym was a beautiful thing including the white out and uniforms.
  11. Life is too short to argue. Just blame your sister for everything and move on.
  12. Yeesh back at you. I addressed it I am sure not to your liking.
  13. FYI I did not call anyone a name or personally attack anyone. Rather , I gave an opinion, viewpoint , description of my observation/s. Your comment/s towards me rise to the level of slander. You are totally out of line. Those of you who do not like my comment/s and are continually confused every chance you get and offended…. You are welcome. My comment/s were not as offensive as some I have read on some threads including this one.
  14. Such a parallel to IU football tradition that is becoming the IU basketball tradition. For many of the seven decades I have followed IU football I remember often thinking to myself it can’t get more worse than it is. And yet it would often get worse. Now and for along time now IU basketball it can’t get any more worse than it is but it continues to get worse. Wisconsin, teams like Nebraska and Penn State would hardly ever beat IU especially at home going back 3 or 4 decades but it has become a regular occurrence with insignificance in any kind of post season.
  15. Yes, Teaser game called job security heck of a comeback just fell in a deep hole and couldn’t recover and missed to many free throws or IU wins this game. Just got to keep working man and get these guys over the hump.
  16. Did Buckner enter Nebraska locker room at halftime and make some kind of deal? Or it must have been the Fish and Shur analysis that orchestrated this comeback. Is it a tease or a win?
  17. no matter how good you are at 3 point shooting passing and screening has to allow shooter to catch and shoot in confident rhythm.
  18. More Fish and Shur comments: Indiana has to come out on fire second half, Hoosiers have their work cut out for them, Boy 9 to 0 run to end the half and they got it down to single digits, this is going to be a 30 point loss got to play better, have an opportunity to get back in this game. Enough time but got to start come back now, rebounds and how much was IU down against Ohio State 18 well IU has to get to work.
  19. Fish and Shur talking as usual Nebraska just can’t miss. Fish: fans are booing because they are frustrated…because IU can’t hit free throws…Lol
  20. And if coach could just get C. Clark out of the transfer portal with a Brian Sloan screen IU could win this game.
  21. Penn State is a National Elite Powerhouse with a team full of All Americans. Coach not going anywhere. Alot to offer. Knows how to teach the game and moves around well. Not sure if I will do it into my 70’s but some do. Just got to keep working and get this thing turned around. It takes time. Dolson: Coach has positioned this team to meet high expectations and it doesn’t happen overnight. Did I say that right Quinn?? Continue, business as usual. Super exciting. Power of positive thinking. Forgot who IU was even playing. It’s Nebraska Corn that is a National Elite Powerhouse with a team full of All Americans. But if IU was playing Penn State the above statement would be true regarding Penn State…it would not matter.
  22. It would not work for IU because nothing would hardly ever be in rhythm.
  23. Woodson and Buckner are quite the gentleman. Woodson was kind enough to autograph a napkin for me at Friday’s Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis in the early eighties. Shook hands with Buckner at the Bluebird in Bloomington. In the mid seventies. Gracious gentleman.
