My problem with IU Indy this year is that they went right back to what doomed Matt Crenshaw; he lived and died by the three point line, and Ben Howlett is doing the same thing. That may work in Division II, but it's not going to help in Division I.

Luckily for us Hoosiers still in Indiana, they're going to be building one in Greenwood next year and another one in Boone County by the end of the decade. Plus... I did take a photo with the goober.

I'm buying merch to celebrate our undefeated regular season and Rose Bowl appearance and stumble upon this oddity.

Oh, goodie; they're going to bail on them on other sports, too?

Back when Indiana was shitty, this probably would've been a chance for us to sneak into a bowl game, but I'm kinda seeing why teams are skipping bowls, and it's not because of the elite schools with that CFP or Bust mentality. A lot of the lower tier bowl games have smaller payouts, and in some cases, end up costing the schools just for visiting. I recall a long time ago the old bowl game that used to be in Houston that was quite delinquent in payouts. If you're a Group of Five school, that could set your athletic department back big.
  7. Oughta be careful with first timers, since we lost to Ole Miss on our first foray with the Rebels.

And use your non conference games with the toughest teams possible. I get tradition is important, but playing Navy and Purdue every year isn't going to help.

The reverse jackets are in shambles!
  10. Finally this forum is back for me. I attended the game in person so last night was particularly special. It was my first Hoosiers game in person and it was the first time I ever got to see them beat the Buckeyes. ...I'm 36. That says a lot. I started crying.

Bought me a used Whop Philyor jersey off eBay, going to sneak it in under my work clothes during the Big Ten Championship game.
