Actually, it’s time to cut the cord from the Knight “ tree”. Can’t think of of one who’s been really successful. Knight was one of a kind. Think it would be actually beneficial to start fresh.

Board seems to have dissolved into a ‘ throw a name of any living or dead basketball coach ,who realistically or not , IU has supposedly, should or shouldn’t hire as next coach’. So no.

Wasn’t that long ago everybody was criticizing him for NOT recruiting McNeely after he committed. The hate is real. ( AND IM NOT A COACH WOODSON FAN, SO NOT DEFENDING)

After reading these weeks of “ next coach” conversations, I think it’s fortunate that it’s not up to this board to hire the next coach. One would never get hired. ( I have no favorite ) Luckily , Dolson is leading the decision process and not any of us participants. Hiring a coach is a subjective decision as Nostradamus is not hiring so it’s all a crapshoot of sorts.

Fun fact. Remember Larry Bird saying something to the effect that after so many years you need to move on because players stop listening and things get stale. Doubt Self would leave Kansas, don’t really have an opinion o; him. How many years does he realistically want to coach?

Don’t think you are. I take NOTHING as fact or lies. Just opinion and information . I say to Chris 007 and all others to keep bringing it, I’m intelligent enough to make my own deductions. Only time will reveal the next Coach.
