We're not running a business. We're trying to win basketball games. Being relevant in year 1 with a new staff is incredibly valuable (see Mich/UL). I don't have a problem paying above market rate if it means we're playing in the second weekend next March. -

Is the prevailing assumption that McKneely is in play? I saw the outreach on Adragna's tracker. I don't know how the defense shakes out, but McKneely/Devries/Goode on the wings would drive teams nuts. -

After Banks' explosion this year, I'm expecting big years from a couple of those guys. Doesn't mean they should stay or would be a fit. Just means their talent was grossly mismanaged this year. -
