Well yeah. But that would give us enough time for the coach to at least figure out what lineups/rotations work best. Takes about 20 games apparently for this staff to do that.

Would love to see it! Sadly seems Mgbako's minutes are pretty strictly limited to the first 8 mins of each half and the last 3-5 mins of each half. EDIT: Happy to be proven wrong on this assumption. Glad Woody is learning from his previous admitted mistakes.

If this were an 82 game season maybe this team could eventually get things figured out.

Looks flagrant to me if XJ's check on Edey was a flagrant.

Coach needs to have his player's back if it's going to come to this. It's going to put us at a competitive disadvantage every game. Sure XJ may have "earned" a reputation but that doesn't mean this witch hunt is warranted every game. It's an issue the coach should take a stand on IMO

You could probably hide him better on D in that role too.

Mike Woodson seriously needs to make a point of addressing this in the post game. It's not right for there to be a witch hunt every game. The fact they're even reviewing this is a complete god d*** joke.

XJ is public enemy number 1 in the B10 if this is actually called a flagrant.

Mgbako obviously has defensive lapses. How much do you want to bet he doesn't come back in until 5 mins or less left in the game? For the talk of potentially playing him in the post, I'd like to see him get some of Walker's minutes. Go figure Leal may actually be our 3rd best backcourt player.

This game has the feel of a slow motion train wreck to it.

I think he is a step/half step slow and has ham hands. Guess he didn't play too much football at recess as a kid lol. Doesn't seem comfortable catching the ball a lot.

Around 4:30, I thought it was interesting. Gunn was on the wing and moved to the corner when Gallo came over. Gallo told him to go to the other side, so he runs baseline to the other side. XJ then frustratingly waves him off telling him to go back where he came. Glad Leal is playing well. I'll never understand our rotations. Up 11 is good, nice half overall. Should be more. 20 games into the season and still figuring out our personnel. I guess if we string together a run we can make something of the season. But no confidence in that. Hope Malik is okay.

No reason to act like he wouldn't have plenty of options. Especially with another year of training under his belt, he'd be a very appealing sophomore for a lot of teams. Ours included.

Portal. I think the narrative about him/his season has been set already, and the best way for him to reset the narrative is to portal. I personally could see where he would feel he has not been best set up for success so far this year. That said, he has improved a lot... who knows what he is thinking right now/what he will when the season ends. I hope he stays! I just don't see it right now. Would like to think the staff is already on it...
