I’m just an Indiana kid who grew up playing sports and excelling at a small school. I would never have been good enough at any sport to be talked about on this site, nor would I have ever been committed enough to any one sport to make it my entire livelihood as is expected in today’s era. With that said, though, I would have chosen my role as playmaker and point guard on the basketball squad (led my team in assists and steals every year I played and admittedly sucked at shooting) before any other sport, including my (then) record for the most interceptions on the football field as a free safety.

Basketball is my love above all other sports, and even though my father coached me in baseball, he was always a die-hard IU basketball fan and left me with no choice for my elder years. My brother, RCS25, can attest to this.

College basketball is the only sport I commit my time to these days, as my son, my business, and the pursuits of my passions stand before anything.
