My Dad was a Schlitz drinker..first beer I tried and holy mother of god... it was a "heavy beer" with a strong flavor that I remember His favorite watering hole in town would keep a case back just for him. I have some Schlitz memorabilia in my mancave in honor of him.

I had a memorable NYE of margaritas and shots of jack... can't drink either to this day

Man, that takes me back. Beer of choice in college was MGD. Good times- not all of which I remember (which I attribute to the pints of Jack)...

IF Archie is back, it will be the first season since I started watching- in the early '80s- that I won't watch and I don't think I'll be alone. I realize my "fandom" only affects me, but the fact I am contemplating this is like a part of my life dying- that may sound over the top; but I'm sure many lifelong fans on this board can relate to a degree. Honestly not blowing smoke up anyone's arse, but I had worked with Dane's mother in law for many years in my school system until she recently retired. However, she is still a colleague and friend so I would be more than happy to inquire. I know she is probably savvy enough to not come right out and tell me anything, but if there is a chance to see her daughter and family closer to home she might give a hint?!

Hurley did once wear an IU uniform and play for RMK!! :)
