I do not. We have traded a few DM's on Twitter. He thinks I reach more people than I do but I agreed with him that I could tone my dislike down some. We both agreed that we love IU and left it at that. I believe they said we had met before.

Appreciate the kind words. I am wrong a lot of times. As I have said many times. Also to clear up something up I've never used the term insider. I know a lot of people have been around this program for many years. I share what people tell me. You remind me a lot of my old friend Scotty. Love the Linton Miners though. They are usually my 3rd or 4th favorite school in Greene Co.

I agree I really enjoy his studio stuff. Plus his play-by-play is better than I thought. I always enjoyed talking basketball with him. He knows his stuff.

I've talked to some family and some family friends but have not gotten any read whatsoever. Knowing Dusty pretty well many years ago, I think he would listen. I think he is torn that he feels loyal to Michigan working there, but also loves IU and Bloomington

I sat courtside Friday night. I was impressed with how fundamentally sound they were but it just seemed OK to me. He would be an OK hire but he isn't going to be anyone who gets the whole fanbase behind him. He going to lose the Beard people really fast, then he will lose the Dusty people.

Al Michales saying Do you believe in miracles is maybe the greatest line in all of sports broadcasting. I remember it well being 4 years old (Not really). But I also believe in miracles and believe were going to get this hire right.
