My list if Brad isn’t available like Goodman says is Dusty, Dusty, he should already be the coach. I argued that with NGW till I was blue in the face. He wanted Woodson with a bankroll by donors. I ended up being right because anyone with any basketball knowledge knew Woodson couldn’t coach and Dusty can. If he says no I would do McCollum, then TJ. If we get that desperate then Beard or Wade. I don’t know about the AAU call. This is a board of former IU athletes that Dolson had to meet with every other week to discuss hirings. Just like the woman’s soccer coach last week. He doesn’t need their approval but he does have to discuss the process with them. Do I believe he’s giving them specific information? No I don’t.

One thing I was told today from the former athlete board that Dolson talks to is don’t be surprised if it’s a Brad, just not the Brad everyone wants. Kind of sad.

My take on this is one of my sons best friends is one of the beat writers for IUBB for the media school. He is close with Goodman’s daughter. He was throwing are that it was a done deal is group chats and snap chats. Talia probably took that and asked her dad if it was true. Jeff then asked Brad and that statement came out. JMO

I appreciate all the support. I love being a part of this place for the last so many years. I will continue to share what I hear. I will be right sometimes and wrong probably more than I would like. I had a Valentine’s dinner with my wife then went to the game with my family. Not sure what’s going on. Last I was told there was a verbal with Brad guaranteeing he would sign since we met his counter offer. I was told he didn’t want to sign this weekend due to the all-star game. The contract was written up, signed by the trustees and sent to Brad. I can explain in more detail later. If I let you down it’s my fault. I’m going to try to get answers this weekend. Love is still in the air.

From what I have heard from different sources Isaac has been honest and upfront all day. I was told we have guarantees this time. Go Hoosiers!!

I think what Isaac is saying and how it was explained to me was Scott met with Brad where the show was filmed and said let's team up to win a championship at IU
