    Great question. I would think Steele would have a chance at the Xavier job if Mack leaves. I think most believe he is the favorite for the job now but not sure he will take it if offered.

    I don't know the if the numbers quoted are correct or not but I do know he wants the pot to be bigger so he can hire the people he wants as Assistants.

    Calbert is in Evannsvile today per Pat Hickey and others Calbert Cheaney is in town today to formally interview for the Evansville head coaching job. He is one of at least three (possibly four) candidates who will be in this week to meet with AD Mark Spencer.

    Crean had never contacted the Watfords about Trendon when he was still at IU. They were kind of upset about that so no I don't think this changes anything.

    The salary demands that were being reported are false said Pat Hickey the Evansville writer. I will say that CC has made some calls to potential people he would want on his staff if he would happen to take the job.

    I don't think Greg is or has ever been an IU fan. He is more of a small school or Butler guy. You will never hear him say a bad word about Butler. He is someone who has worked hard and kiss the right behinds to work his way up at 1070. I'm not a fan of his the times I have been around him which is only a handful.

    I thought Juwan looked extremely tired in the last 5 games. Didn't have the lift that he had earlier in the season. I think he played more minutes this season than he did in the last two.

    Now it's being said that ESPN might have gotten the wrong player in the article. That Miller was talking about Bruce Bowen, not Ayton. Ayton has never had anything to do with Dawkins. What a mess.
