  1. Archie is a smart guy...he can see the writing on the wall.
  2. So once Arkansas ends their season :)
  3. So basically Dolson is putting feelers out there. Once he has his guy, they'll can Archie?
  4. I was there as a birthday gift from my now wife. It was awful. I was even at Archie's presser when he got hired. Everything was bizarre. I was like you-excited. I remember the players walking out of the tunnel and they looked like zombies.
  5. Yup. If Archie Miller is the coach I won't be attending any games next year. If he's not, I'll probably go to one. It's that simple.
  6. I'm with @Chris007 now. I'm on the bandwagon. At first he was maybe 10th on my list. He's in the top 5 for now. Hell, he may be number 2 behind Stevens. Like I said above I wish he would've been there for more than two years. But I like the way his team plays. They are red hot when you want a team to be red hot..at the end of the season. Probably a 2 or a 3 seed.
  7. Call me crazy, I can see Arkansas in the final four. It all depends on matchups. They are red hot. Have won 9 in a row.
  8. Did not know that. Could he bring Keith as an assistant? This version of Justin Smith would've been huge at IU. Was his attitude crappy? Sure. But it's pretty telling Musselman gets more out of him than Miller.
  9. Thoughts on Oats or Musselman? I'm to the point I think I'd take them over Beilein or Matta.
  10. My wife is a UK fan so she follows the SEC. She said "How come Alabama and Arkansas are good all of a sudden." I said that it's because they have the right coach. I'd take Oats or Musselman in a heartbeat. I think they've done a phenomenal job. I'd like to see another year or two out of them at their respective schools but still. Mussleman was in the NBA for a long time. Switched to college a few years ago. He's done well everywhere he's been.
  11. I hate it because I think the coaches and players are all good people. That wasn't the case on some IU teams in the past. That being said fans have every right to start being pissed at this product.
  12. Musselman is moving up my list. I'll give my top ten once Miller is gone.
  13. The program certainly can. It just takes the right guy.
  14. Almost shoots 40% from 3. Surprised he's not on any draft boards. Thought he could maybe be a late 2nd rounder.
  15. Colleges missed on Dru Smith. All-State player at Evansville Reitz. Got overshadowed as a junior on that state runner-up team. Kid is better than Rob Phinisee.
  16. Watching Arkansas-Missouri. Justin Smith looks like a different player.
  17. I cancelled my subscription after they got the Keion Brooks recruitment wrong. Same with Trey Kaufman.
  18. IF (and I don't trust Brian Snow I trust Pap and Chris way more) this is true, we as fans need to act accordingly. If there is no pressure after a) going 0-7 against Purdue b) missing the tournament every year he's been here c) losing the last 6 games of the season in an epic collapse d) making zero legitimate changes in his entire four year tenure e) wasting talent such as Romeo Langford and Trayce Jackson-Davis f) having a losing record against every major Big Ten school in four years then I'm f***ing done.
  19. Pretty much described 2017. It was Billy D and Brad for me. That Friday when Albers tweeted about Donovan being in Bloomington I thought he was ours. Man did that end his career. I'm expecting someone like Musselman. (I'd take him)
  20. Exactly. I'm not expecting him but like I said if they could get him...this program would be rocking.
  21. Curious who they talked to. It sounds like a change is coming.
  22. This is the route I think they would go. And quite honestly it would be pretty telling if the position was vacant for awhile. We would all know who they would be getting.
  23. This is a good question and one that I have wondered as well.
  24. If they could get him...man, this place would be rocking. I think there is a better chance in 2021 than in 2017.
  25. Some guy in Boston that coached at this small private college in Indianapolis.
