What exactly does "more than a basketball decision" mean? He thinks IU fans are too much? Doesn't want that pressure? That's the only angle I can think of. Because if you're alluding to "business decisions" than IU or Kansas make way more sense than Vandy. Unless you're implying Vandy is dirty now.

Declaring Langford's recruitment as being over doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Archie is going to have a couple more months to keep working. In state is a factor.

It's a lot different than a typical UK class. A typical UK class has 5 5-stars and a proven coach. Vandy is going to have an unproven coach, only 3 5-stars, and an otherwise unimpressive roster.

I wasn't actually advocating for a ban; that was rhetorical. How is what Chris has said related to this recruitment any different than what Rabjohns has said? Rabjohns never said he was going to IU. So why are people "foolish" for passing on his reporting?

So does that mean Chris and Yogi get a ban for also saying they were hearing good things?

At least now we don't have to deal with oversign questions for the next 9 months.
