You don't know it but fans like u are the reason we will stay mediocre. I've never heard of any company or anyone else who expect such poor results and still get paid 3 million dollars a year. U really have to understand that Indiana University is a national university and has to compete beyond the scope of the big ten. The big ten shouldn't be our sole measuring stick, because the big ten hasn't won a national championship since Cleeves played for Michigan State. I have traveled the country and went to graduate school at UNC and taught at Duke and they look at us as a joke. That needs to stop and we need set ourselves up for bigger expectations without feeling guilty to do so. Stop making excuses and stop being afraid. We deserve a better product on the floor.

Once every eight to nine years is not asking much especially for 3 million a year. If we expect less , we deserve to never win a national championship.

I expect a final four this year. Anything short of this and Coach Crean should be fired. We're supposed to try to be a national championship contender. It's been 9 years, how idiotic do u have to be to tolerate this? He's already a multimillionaire thanks to us, believe he's not hard pressed for cash. This should be the final year to get results. Otherwise we risk a generation of iu fans not having a real clue what real winning feels like.

I think our only quality win was against Notre Dame in a neutral court. I know about the Iowa game but it was at home and because the game was close and we have no real quality road wins they might not care. I just think the Duke and Michigan State games might doom us. If we played them close maybe it would be a different story. Thoughts?

That's a lie. Hate was shown because of the bob knight incident. Fans couldn't blame Davis, because we knew this was his first head coach gig. The administration f'ed up for hiring him but we (always exceptions) for the most part never faulted him. Coach Crean on the other hand was supposed to do better because he came in "experienced" .

I'm tired of the same predictable garbage.
