West Virginia was 14th in defensive efficiency last year and the truth is once Tucker went down they were one of the least talented teams in the big 12. Big picture, DD built a top 20 defense from a team that had very mediocre P5 talent. If he has a guy that played with him for two years and feels he fits, I’m in.

We aren’t getting 11 guys that are starters. What we are getting in enright is a good passer and defender who knows the system.

Yes, 247 has him ranked as the 88th best player in the portal -- ranked between Langston Love, 6'5" shooting guard from Baylor who averaged 9 points/game last year and Pryce Sandfort from Iowa. Saw a little film on him and the one thing that stood out is how long his strides are....can get through the lane quick.

I am a little bit surprised how much shorter the visits players are taking everyone now. Conwell rolls in yesterday night, leaves this morning, goes to Louisville this morning, likely leaves tonight, and then off to Texas. Dix has had quite a few visits now that seem to be under 24 hours.

It wasn't cancelled. Don't believe fake insiders. That said, I think logically that Conwell is more likely than Dix.

Everybody wants to be Trilly Donovan these days. He's not saying 'Dix to Illinois' -- he Is saying it was between Creighton and Illinois. And just last Sunday (Dix visited on Friday) he said that Dix did not 'want to play with Freeman' and wasn't coming to Creighton. Also on Sunday he said that the teams in contention were Illinois, Alabama, Kentucky, Kansas and Iowa....and not a mention that he was going to visit IU. He's just a wannabe who scours message boards for rumors and claims them as his own 'info'. Guy his early round Big East tournament tickets through his X account a month ago then repeated a rumor (likely from Creighton's message board) that Freeman had committed and it would be announced shortly. And that still has given him a grand total of 300 followers.

Conwell didn't arrive until 5:30, Dix was later.
