I understand that. But I kinda agree with X on this. You can continually build skill but size/lenghth/athleticism is something you are born with and can only be improved so much. Skills can be taught. If someone trains for 4 years hard on there shot, ball handling, defense,... They could improve a lot. However if they train 4 years trying to get bigger, faster strong they will only get as far as their genetics allow.

As I said in the McSwain thread, I have a class with him and he is HUGE. Didn't stand next to him but when he walked in the class I thought it was him but wasn't sure because I didn't realize he was so big. If he's on a fast break I wouldn't take a charge from him. If he is only 215-220 his body fat% has to be less than 3
-
I have a class with Freddie and saw him up close and personal. Dude is huge and looks like a freak athlete. Didn't stand next to him put the listed weight of 220 seems low to me

I will also do the but in league depending on how much it is

I will if you a league is like 1 player short standard or ppr

NBA fans...let's hear YOUR big 3
gfunk69 replied to WayneFleekHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I don't remember where I originally saw it but after MCW got hurt he averaged 19 points, 8 boards, 7 assists, 2 blocks, 1.5 steals, and had a 57.2 true shooting percentage. He is like you said 6'11" and is still just 21. The dudes ceiling is literally the GOAT. I really hope he reaches his potential -

To everyone say pau, he is awful at defense. Very good at pretty much everything offensively but very limited defensively -

Current: LeBron, Curry, KD Future: KAT, Dame, Giannis Antetokounmpo Idk why but I just see the Greek Freak becoming and all time great -
McSwain not arriving until Aug 18

It's not a huge deal IMO. He probably isn't going to be playing all that much this season anyway. Also it's not like he's down there doing nothing. I'm sure that he has a strength and conditioning program that the staff sent him. Sure it's not the same as being there and building chemistry but there could be worse things -
He can't gaurd anything. There are certain teams where he could be a great asset as a stretch 4 but if any team has size (Wisconsin, Mich St., Purdue) he will be exploited and in more cases his poor defense outweighs his inconsistent offense

I don't think Hartman should start. OG is a better 3 and Davis is a better 4 than him
-
Just curious why you want shaw? I don't know much about him other than he got fired.

Coach K had a Mediocre win % at Army. Pastner does a really good job recruiting at Memphis imagine if he could do it at a blue blood I'm not saying he's our answer I'm just saying I'd rather have him than crean at this point
-
Why not? 71% win percent, young, learned under Calipari. Can't be worse than crean
-
Coaches I'd rather have: Archie Miller, Josh Pastner, Steve Alford, Mike Cronin, Kevin Ollie, Bruce Pearl, Gregg Marshall, Shaka Smart, Tony Bennett, and last but not least Brad Stevens
