    That's the difference between recruiting four-stars and low 3/2s. In football, those players are usually just missing one of the list of qualities you need in a player. They're too aggressive or make bad decisions or have a weird form and maybe you can correct a lot of it, but not everything. As recruiting improves, these stupid mistakes are the ones that will fade away.
