Not at all. I would never hold him accountable for the actions of any one player. What I would hold him accountable for is two years of recruiting in a row where he doesn't address our needs. All resources available should be poured toward securing a near-court-ready big for the 2015 class. The decisions of individual recruits doesn't fall on the coach, but the direction of recruiting classes does.  There is a lot of scholarship room talk in this thread for example. If Bryant is concerned about scholarship room then mistakes were made in recruiting already. I love OG and Juwon and can't wait for them to wear the candy stripes, but our true need is for a center. 

I'm genuinely confused who you think is going to be our next level center without him or someone like him? April? Priller? Hanner? In my opinion, the surest thing Crean can do to doom his future here is not bring in a really strong center in 2015.

Like I said when we heard that OG and Juwon were delaying in the early signing period. Everyone reads too much in to relatively minor actions of 17-year-old kids.

I guess we just have to hope that he's a good kid and won't be swayed by the evils of KY. Plus, he wouldn't even start there.

    It was. And I feel they only got away with it because he only had two months or so left in his period and they kept him away from all recruits. I mean, Tressel is a pipe dream anyway. I like him because he's a great coach who had enough of a fall from grace to accept a job like this. It's like picking up a girl out of your league who just got hella dumped. He has said his coaching days are over, and as far as I know he's never expressed interest in coaching here. Though, Youngstown students are pretty unhappy with him as President so who knows?
