I got rid of the old post for you. In general (for everyone) the thread stays unlocked until the game starts. If you want to change your prediction please go back and edit your first post. Otherwise it can be difficult to tell which prediction to use.

Oh snap! My wife is in town this weekend, maybe she'll see him!   Do you think inviting him to my brother-in-law's wedding would help? He would only have to bring a signed LOI as a gift.

I don't even know why I lie to myself like there are rules. I mean, who is going to judge me? My wife? My kid? No one else will see me until after the game is over and I've fallen asleep in my chair (as is tradition for any father)

  I tend to err somewhere in the middle. The super cheap cables break after a few months. The $12-15 ones don't. Signal quality is the same though. My current brand is "twisted" something, they're super thick and blue and work great. I've only had one fail, and it was when the dog ripped the cord the wrong direction out of the tv and just stripped the wire.   Oh good. We can have this conversation. So like, it's a 9:30 am start. Do I need to get a breakfast style beer? Or can I stick with my usual? Or should I be drinking maple old fashioneds or what? It's a tough time slot. About an hour later and I could comfortably drink knowing I would already have eaten breakfast.
