I have no idea what people believe here to be honest. Everyday it's something new. :) So far Stevens, Drew, Turgeon, Beard, TJ, McCollum have all be done deals at some point. But, if he is correct, it's the best leak we have seen so far. The other searches seemed to have more info available. That's all I was getting at.

It will be alright! Whoever they hire will be well vetted and ready to lead the program to prominence once again. There is no sense in freaking out over every rumor. Out of all the current coaching vacancies, this is the only one not leaking.

Let's have some fun today while we wait for Dolson to cross the T's on Brad's contract. I think we need to start a new bingo card that has the following phrases. Let me preface this by saying I idolized Coach Knight, but I'm also very aware of his shortcomings. And while I have never seen anything about assaulting his wife, I do know that he did the following. - Assaulted a police officer in Puerto Rico - "Choked" Neil Reed - Shoved an LSU fan Those are a few I can think of. And I'm not saying this justifies Beard, I'm just stating that Coach Knight had his own faults that probably wouldn't pass today's pre-employment background checks.

This is 100% my stance. The university will do their due diligence. They will put these candidates through the ringer. If he passes that, then it's good enough for me. They will be privy to information that none of us know.

I think you guys are severely underestimating the power of winning. Look at Pitino. -He hired strippers to entertain recruits -He had sexual relations on a table at a restaurant -He paid for a woman to have an abortion And despite all that, his name comes up with every coaching search (including this one). If Chris Beard came here and won big (which I firmly believe he would). People would flock to support him.

Ok, you guys have gone too far. I had a dream last night, and it wasn't about pretty women or being rich. In this dream I had to watch as Mark Turgeon was hired to lead our beloved Hoosiers. I blame you degenerates here for allowing such intrusive thoughts to enter my subconscious mind.
