Literally every good player needs a team around him. It doesn't matter how good you are individually, you need a good coach and team around you. Look at Fultz and Simmons the last two years. Look at the NBA, there's a reason stars want to play with other stars, because they know they can't do it on their own. He made the Elite 8 last year. He's won the ACC twice at VIRGINIA. He's had a lot of success in the toughest conference at a school that has very little history of success. He had a down year this year and that was a 5-seed in the tournament. Is he Billy Donovan? No... nobody is.
