Some people on twitter seem to think it has something to do with Leal because of the For Sale sign. But that doesn't make sense to me, as he is out of eligibility. He also said he has been hinting at this for a while and the guy would be tall if he stands on all his cash (which doesn't fit Leal imo).

For the record, there are plenty of valid reasons to be apprehensive about next year. We will have 12 new players mostly from mid major level without a ton of size. Those are all valid. However, worrying about whether Indiana is preseason top 25 in year 1 of a full team rebuild shouldn't be a concern at this point. Ending the season in the top 25 is what matters. If you end the season strong, and bring back 5+ players from that team, that's when you will start getting respected in the preseason. Can this team do it? I think so; but only time will tell. I maybe shouldn't have used the word stupid, however I stand by my point.

Who has said they don't want to be in the top 25 because we were in the preseason top 25 last year? And yes, you should want to be top 25... when it matters. Would it be great to be in the preseason top 25? Sure... but nothing matters less than what a bunch of writers think before the season even tips off.
