  1. Nobody is at this game.
  2. People work during Feast week?
  3. Feast week is here with games starting at 11 and the last tipping off at midnight. My 3rd favorite week on the college basketball schedule. Players Era tourney has taken over as the best MTE during this week. Each of teams gets 1 mil for participating and then the winner will get 2 mil on top of that while 2,3 and 4th will get extra. the fields for Maui and battle for Atlantis because of this. Hopefully this won’t eliminate those tourneys but hard for teams to turn down 1 mil nil money just to participate. Hopefully IU gets in that tourney moving forward. Next year they are adding more teams
  4. Davidson/Utah St about to start
  5. Tulane wins it
  6. Boston college drains a 3 with 2.7 and we are heading to OT. Tulane had this game won
  7. Northwestern tried to give the game away against South Carolina but they hang on. Page wins it for Northwestern
  8. ISU wins at home over Ball State. 18 pt win for the Trees
  9. Penn st lost to Providence and Minny is down 9 to San Francisco with 12:25 to go
  10. Today’s slate
  11. Tie game 22 sec. Nebraska ball
  12. Nebraska/Kansas St is a good one Kansas St up 2 with 2:09 to go
  13. Jury is still out on Cincy for me. Miller has yet to make an ncaa tourney while be at Cincy. Make or break year for him. I think he is a good coach just hasn’t put it all together there
  14. Wow Wake did the Bryce Drew play to win it. What a play. Delivering
  15. B1G had a down day. Rutgers lost a buy game by double digits
  16. Wisky down 20 to byu with 8:30 to go. northwestern/Virginia tied in the first half
  17. It’s that time of year where every game according to the announcers doing the game has that ncaa tourney feel. Also every team is a ncaa tourney team. During feast week there will be about 124 ncaa tourney teams for a 68 field tourney
  18. Despite the 2 bad games in a row iu is viewed as a ncaa tourney team by the national media. From my own perspective even though it’s early and from what I’ve seen from the rest of college basketball IU is around 6 to 7 seed. Outside of Purdue, Sparty and Illinois no other B1G team has stood out and separated themselves from IU. Before the season there were some on here that pointed out IU wasn’t even in the Rothstein 45 and would be a border line tourney team or on the outside looking in. Going to have ups and downs but despite 2 clunker games against low level competition you could argue IU is in a better position then most thought. Still being top 25 kenpom team after a couple of down games is encouraging. IU wasn’t going to have 30 games that were going to be a net positive in the efficiency category. Bad games happen
  19. Wisconsin/Byu on Peacock at 4. Sneaky good day of hoops today
  20. Playing on South Carolina went from Indiana legend recruit that went from Dayton to San Francisco to Utah and now South Carolina lol. 4 years 4 teams
  21. Feast week is here. Day basketball starts at 12:30. Yale/Green Bay in Paradise Jam on espn +
  22. Kansas St had a 20 + lead on California and let them get back in the game late. They also should have lost at home to Tulsa. Tulsa was up 5 with 40 sec to go. Stop Hagerty and IU should be fine. KSU plays Nebraska tonight in the finals of the Hall of Fame classic on Peacock at 9:30 if anyone wants to watch them
  23. I mean this crazed fanbase hadn’t seen an IU team hit more than 10 threes in 3 consecutive games since 2016. Give them that in your first 3 games of your Indiana coaching career and you are going to some hungry fans wanting more. lol.
  24. The top looks good however the middle looks as crowded as it has been. I’m even too teams like Michigan are struggling. Purdue, Illinois and Michigan State are the only 3 teams so far in the B1G that have stood out. Others have struggled with lower competition and should be lucky they won those games and others just haven’t played anyone yet to get a gauge of where they are just yet Feast week will give some amassers
  25. Not surprised a team with all new players that have only played 5 regular season games struggled in some games. Personally I think this is the norm in college basketball for teams that bring in a new team each year. IU looking as good as they did in the first couple games probably changed people’s expectations on where IU was early in the year. Most picked IU middle of the B1G and most on here said they were a border line tourney team and some thought they were not a tourney team at all. Still won by 20 and played a terrible game where one of your best players played like crap. Effort needs to get better and I think it will. I think some of these guys still are playing like they are on a non B1G team. Playing at IU or any power conference you have to play hard every night. Bigger stage with bigger expectations. They better bring effort Tuesday because Kansas St is physical and has a shot maker that can go for 40 on any giving night. Luckily they played a crap team and got away with it but for IU to be successful this year their main guys that got the majority of the NIL money are going to have to play like it. If not they are going to lose some games. In a 30 + game season a team probably has 5 games where they play above where they are and 5 games below where they are as a team. It’s the middle 20 that show what a team is made of
