Yeah they went 18-2 in the ACC and got a 8 seed in the ncaa tourney. Of those 18 acc wins only 2 were against tourney quality teams and those were at home. Should of only been 1 because NC shouldn’t of made it

I don’t think there is such a thing as multi year players. Nothing is stopping those kids from looking elsewhere after the first year.

Kansas St is a Q2 win as of now. They will have at least 14 opportunities for a Q1 or Q2 win. Protect home court and steal some on the road. If IU went 12-8 in the B1G they won’t be on the bubble they will be comfortably in especially if their predictive metrics are top 30 like they are now

On the road and Seton Hall was projected to be the bottom of the Big East because their NIL is terrible. However Holloway is coaching his butt off this year and getting everything he can out of those players.

It’s basketball. he could get more resources and get everyone you want him to get and still not figure it out or lose unexpected games. Wade at NC State I’m pretty sure went out and got the roster he wanted and spent a ton of money on and he is 7-4 and lost to Seton Hall which is on of the worst NIL power 5 teams. Spending money doesn’t guarantee wins

I don’t have point. Just hope he makes the tourney this year. I’m not much for playing the what if game or fantasize about who IU could have. They have who they have. I let others worry about that.

IU didn’t take advantage of their 2 Q1a games away from home in the non conference. entering January IU should be 10-3 with their only losses coming on the road and 1 neutral. Despite Kentuckys struggles that was a top 35 NET (going to move up after beating IU. IU will have plenty of opportunities to improve its resume throughout the B1G season. Until they lose a home game to a team they shouldn’t they have everything in front of them to make the tourney. 18 games in the B1G left. Seems like a lot but this will go fast. I will sit back and enjoy the ride regardless of where that ride goes

Hopefully he makes the tourney this year so he can experience it once in his career.
