I don't like Archie's offense at all. There is no spacing which completely limits drives yet he still doesn't get the ball to players going downhill or run enough pick and roll. Can't succeed without shooters anymore
Yogi is making more money yes, but the Kings used a pick on Mason and teams usually don't want to give up on their picks this early in favor of a low level FA signing like Yogi. Neither of their contacts are guaranteed next year.
I know the Kings drafted Frank Mason early 2nd round for that back up PG spot and they want to try to make that investment pan out but Yogi is clearly the better player.
I think he can play in the league in the right situation but I don't believe that just learning to be a facilitator is something that will come easily at all though. He's never been that player. Edwards is a hell of a player but he's a SG in the body of an undersized PG with a 1:1 ast/to ratio this season.
OG has been struggling lately. I know Raptors fans are high on him but it seems like he's a long term bench player to me, especially with how good Siakam has been this year.
