    He is when he plays hard. Stop shooting 3’s though . The one he made he was way too wide open not to shoot, but the others were not smart. His basketball iq needs to improve on both ends. I did like his effort tonight. We need him!

    Not making excuses but can we not get refs to call a good game? Some of them phantom calls when NW clearly went out of bounce or slipped on their own. We were a Fran breakdown away from winning this game. Yes our defense and free throws are atrocious!

    Should have been a T on Fran. Of course he gets out of it. Geronimo is lost on the court. Race can’t guard perimeter but I guess we needed him because Reneau is also struggling. Here we go again!

    Our defense still sucks! What happened to that being priority?

    I was glad to see the subs getting some time on the court. However, our defense across-the-board still looks weak to me. I think it’s even more important now with Xavier’s injury for our defense to improve.

    Even if he comes back in eight weeks, it will take a while to get caught up to game speed.

    It’s time to update our uniforms and yes names on the back. This is a separate issue from our lack of hustle on the court. I would like to see both issues improved sooner than later. We have enough talent to beat Rutgers and hang with Kansas on the road.

    We need about 3 Jalen Hood Shifino’s to compete as a national title contender . Tough nosed guards that have a high basketball IQ and can fill it up from anywhere on the court. We need a true center help with rebounding and guarding the paint.
