Meh. It wasn’t really much of anything. The reality is that peegs and Rabjohns don’t know much more than you or me. -

It was said in chat last night he won’t graduate early. Too much coursework to accomplish -
They didn’t play Michigan state at home. Only on the road and lost

Seymour was my favorite gym as a player and fan. Memorial gym at southridge was second best -

Nope..curious as to what it is though? -
This pretty much sums it up for me in as little words as possible. Encouraged by the guys Archie has coming in and their ability to run his system moving forward, as well as the guys coming back. Specifically I’m looking forward to the developments of Smith, Morgan, and Durham.
-
Agreed. I just don’t think Davis fits in Archie’s system. I mean, look at who Archie recruited to play the 5 in Forrester. He’s the complete opposite of Davis. Quick, lengthy, athletic and explosive. I don’t see how he contributes much next year coming off that Achilles injury when he couldn’t play defense healthy..

Stop.

We’re actually going to lose this..Wow
-
Welp..figures
-
Definitely agree. I want to keep watching this team and that’s a welcome change from the past
-
A lot of teams would fold when they don’t have much to play for or have had a mediocre season. We’re playing like we want to be here and that’s what encourages me about Archie moving forward. He can get guys to buy in and believe.

Rumors are that Tyler Cook could leave according to Rabjohns
-
No. You’d still be considered a booster for that school

I think this kid is going to be a stud. Seems to have a really high ceiling -
Sean will be fine, as he should be. Talk about defamation. I would be going HARD after ESPN if I was Sean.

Oh I agree. The ebbs and flows of this recruitment cause the fanbase to get a little nutty, which no doubt makes it more tiresome. My stance is more about feeling confident in Archie and his ability to get the most out of his players. With Crean, I knew we needed talent to win because I had no faith in his coaching ability. Now that it’s changed, I’m less worried about reeling in the Romeo’s of the world and fretting over their recruitments. I’m not saying we don’t need talent or the 5 stars to compete nationally, we do. I just don’t believe we’re doomed if we whiff on most of them or a specific one like Romeo. -

It’s not rationalization. It’s being excited for the future and where the program is headed. You can feel however you want, just saying where I am. Also, we’ll be in the tourney next year. Book it -

The longer this recruitment goes, the less interested I find myself with it. Anyone else in the same boat? I’m just really at peace with what Archie brings to the table and what he will accomplish in the coming years. Could Romeo be a part of that? Absolutely. But in the grand scheme of things, he will mean very little. Archie will be developing players and keeping us in the hunt for years to come, with or without Romeo. It just doesn’t make sense to me anymore to fret over a guy who will be here 1 year when we have so many other exciting players to watch grow. Just my opinion as of late.
