I know of one player that disagrees with you. He was ragged at the end of the season. What happened SSQ? I thought your defending Crean days were over?

What in the world!?!? Two of the top bigs in '15 the same day? And a day when our program (at least on the outside) is in a complete state of confusion?!? Welcome to the circus, Mr. Bryant & Mr. Maker! -

Would you mind expounding SSQ? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Yep. Sure can.

Missed that. Thx, FWHoos.

Really? I thought I heard something about them sipping chai tea before a session of tai chi? Rumors are crazy these days...

Good deal. Thanks Bloody.

Has anybody heard from rebel or know him personally? It's been well over a month since he's been active on here. His absence coincides with the first PU blowout so maybe he thought it wouldn't be healthy to be on the board seeing the season take a tailspin? Either way, I was just concerned about him. I've become more negative in his absence...:)

Potential coaching change suggestions
hoosierinIll replied to Bryan Medema's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
You got me 87ash. My brain has gone from a "brew" to stew to mush. I would like to see us go this route, though. We need to connect to the past in the worst way...but more than EVER we need to be relevant in the present. We don't need the next, hot, young coach. We need someone who understands and fits Indiana basketball. -

If you're talking about Alford, I could see that getting some mixed reactions... -
Potential fallout from coaching change

I hope you're right, bro. But my gut tells me we have another year with this stuff. If we're half full 4 minute before tip in what was arguably the biggest game of the year, imagine next year... -

I don't think people understand the culture of the IU administration. Basketball is not their highest priority and only a few give a rip whether we're winning NC or not. They just recently gave Glass a huge vote of confidence. What do people expect? An Australian president to lay down the law because we aren't contending? I just don't think "those " people are there anymore. As long as the program is making money most of them are fine. -

I think everybody knows "it's over" but how's it gonna end? Will it end in three weeks or end in a year and three weeks? If you give him another year then next year will be absolutely unbearable as a fan and we'll be wasting everybody's time. But there's no getting momentum back now. -

An AD comes out and says these thing before a season starts or maybe during a rough patch at in the middle of the season.. . It would be odd to say them three weeks before you can him. -

No, this is exactly what I was told this morning in a conversation with someone who works in the department. His words to me we're, "he (Crean) is making it difficult on Fred, but he"ll (Fred) stick with Crean." I think we're kidding ourselves if we don't take what Fred is saying with some weight. Why the heck do the interview if you're gonna fire him? Nobody made Fred say anything.
