  1. As of now, any loss to the say, bottom three in the conference will oust us from a 1 seed. Unless extenuating circumstances happen.
  2. Few things for me: Coach should've taken Blackmon out with a minute left, he had a great game, but the game was in the bag and we can't afford another injury to him, he was on the floor a lot of the last few minutes. Also, I've noticed we have a great chance of winning when we double team the post. We did it a lot last year and with a longer stronger team, it works in our favor. Definantly last night, I think the big ten should be scared of our Hoosiers.
  3. I new someone would say it. Lol. Nice bold letters.
  4. Good news is, it's Smooth Sailing until the Butler game.
  5. I'm ready for Louisville and Purdue. Two local future opponents. Ready to see how each frontcourt duke it out.
  6. Yes. best friend.
  7. Rebounding won it for us. Free throws need work, it could've been over sooner instead of going to OT. Exciting start to the season.
  8. They need to quit talking about OG playing football. He's a baller!!!
  9. Bridges looks like a man among boys. God I knew that kid was special.. really wanted him.
  10. I can't sleep! Game day!
  11. Cool! From film he looks athletic and has pretty good vision. Add 10-15 lbs and there we go.
  12. Yeah, looking forward to the MSU games. Eh, McQuaid may be a good choice for SG, kid has great intangibles and can light it up..
  13. Especially considering WF got smashed by NC State today.
  14. I was thinking the same thing. Speed training and squats is exactly what he needs. Has potential to be a slower shorter Thon Maker.
  15. Good points. Another thing is how much zone will Coach Transfer play? That could change the line up and spots a bit.
  16. Yeah, we have a more traditional team. 3 solid F/C sophomores who have big expectations. (Best class in Creans tenure?) I said it last year, but only next year will tell. Senior Collin and junior guards with some bench fire from Deron, Cujo and McSwain. 1. Rojo/Newkirk 2. JBJ/Cujo Now we get a bit..hmm.. 3.Collin/Juwan 4.OG/McSwain And of course.. 5. Thomas/Deron Lotta promise.
  17. Hoping we have the Badgers only at home this season.
  18. Remember last time 'Ol Roy' paced the sidelines at Assembly Hall? Heels got handled by the likes of Zeller and Oladipo. I'm ready for payback, our crowd needs to shake the state that evening!
  19. Crean would probably rather give up Diet Coke, than to play that lineup. Interesting for sure.. and towering, but too slow for style.
  20. Lets not forget we can still stretch the floor without Max, Yogi and Nick. We will be MUCH longer next year, and while I certainly expect our speed and our scoring numbers to go down, we still have Collin to take wing and shoot/drive, I noticed improvement in his ability to get into and down the lane for a bucket this past season. Not to mention Thomas, who will take leaps and bounds in the offseason. Crean will probably strive to work with him with a focus to stretch the space as a true 5. The rest depends on how the Frosh class and, very anticipated Sophomore class, decides how to lead.
  21. Lots of cons with this game, but for us sunshiners, there are pros as well. Minnesota is a different team, we won without hitting 4 threes, Bryant is getting better every game. I'm looking towards Saturday!
  22. Vs. Minn - W @ Mich.- W @Penn S.- W Vs. Iowa - L @ Mich St - L Vs. Nebr.- W Vs. Purdue- L @ Illi- W @ Iowa- L Vs. Maryland- W I'd like to beat PU and Iowa at least once, and maybe we will, but these are my predictions.
