Just watched the presser, haven't read the 246 posts about it yet. I was worried about him being so awkward, turns out it's not as bad as I knew him to be at Dayton. He seemed very polished. Still a little awkward, but very polished. He's going to play the PC game right. That was relieving to see. He's going to oversign. I've never had a problem with it, but I know some of you hated it. I don't want Gonzaga to win it all because I'm worried it would notch their recruiting up to where they could go undefeated (due to weak conference) and win it all. Then I would not be able to say "Yeah but 1976 Hoosiers!"

Indiana has been to the Final Four every decade of basketball except the 60's. 40's (won a title) 50's (won a title) 70's (won a title) 80's (won two titles) 90's 00's So that brings us to this decade. We have two seasons left. Will Archie Miller make a big enough splash to get another decade added to the list? If not, I directly blame Glass for both holding onto Crean too long and for hiring a guy who might eventually do well.

I'm very afraid we just hired Crean 2.0. Similar resumes and he's even awkward in interviews. I'll always be a fan, but I don't see the upside here. How have his recruiting classes been?

There's also the people who see an underwhelming resume akin to our last coach and can't understand the hire. Don't lump all us Archie skeptics together.
