During the Duke halftime, Jay Williams and Seth Greenburg were discussing top 5 PGs in the nation. They had a list of 10 posted. Yogi wasn't on either list. Goes to show how much winning means. Yogi is as good as many of those listed but you gotta win, baby. Also, based on that list (and several mentions of NBA potential) Yogi will be back for his Senior season. Color me happy bout that. One more season with Yogi, then bring Rawle in, pretty please!

interesting article. Shocked NW made the list. Look at those top tier programs we are smothered between. That is why our fanbase is disgruntled with Crean. Top fanbase, high paid coach, basketball school, storied program. Every reason to succeed.

I understand your points and they are valid but Crean has been notorious for underplaying his star players in minutes and using Too much bench. He has been better this year with that in regards to JBJ and Yogi. I've always thought a 7-8 man rotation is better than a 10-11 man rotation. Let your best players slug it out and get a feel for the game. I realize Luke's minutes are out of necessity and not some genius coaching strategy but indirectly it is. Duke is a good example of a team that plays with a short bench. They have 4 star players transfer semi-regularly because they don't get play. Or 4 star guys who don't hardly see the court until Jr or Sr seasons. Coach K gets it. Crean has some weird notion of playing with 2 units is best. (Granted, if we had UK platoons, it doesn't really matter).

I love how he talks about how long Fischer played consecutively and detailed his substitution timing. This has been one of many Crean faults. Zeller and Oladipo should have been playing 35-37 mpg not 29. Completely ridiculous.
