  1. I predict UNLV for Max and George Washington for Stan.
  2. Max Hoetzel. I'll follow this guy. He could end up with a really good career in the right spot,
  3. @MattGlenesk: From @ZachOsterman's #iubb Insider Q&A regarding #Hoosiers head coach: "There's no indication change is coming." http://t.co/WlkyA8w6Az
  4. @KentSterling: Shed no tears for Tom Crean. If he is fired, he'll be just fine. Getting fired is a beginning for the strong. http://t.co/tUhZ3egI5i #iubb
  5. 4th through 6th for me. Do I think he is better than Crean at knowing about basketball? Absolutely. However, most of us want a homerun hire and are holding onto hope. If we get a Miller or Marshall, it'll be a mixed reaction. I hope we aren't relegated to that route. Crean has coached some really ugly basketball for 2 straight years though. Problems persist. The fanbase is right to be upset and anxious.
  6. @HoosierSource: Per @Rick_Sports10, Austin's little brother Alex Etherington transferring from Indiana State. Guess it runs in the family.
  7. haha. Funny. I love when stuff like that happens.
  8. doesn't make it any better. Makes it worse maybe. I am not complaining on the $ amount, it is more about the results. I'd expect top 5-10 classes annually if you are going to spend that amount. If not, stop wasting the extra. Bankroll it.
  9. These #s are missing Northwestern, Penn State, and Wisconsin. Not sure why?
  10. Crean should be embarrassed by these numbers. I would be!
  11. That recruiting budget compared to our results is so laughable. O$U gets that talent for a quarter of the cost. This is infuriating to me. We pay top dollar and get middle of the pack results. How can anyone be happy with our results????

  13. @neverdaunted Is apparently backing off his major announcement talk. Said Coach McClain was the big one but it got leaked early. He still thinks a coaching change is coming but he is predictably backing off his prediction. His twitter account is a fun follow. May not really know anything special though. I'm intrigued by Coach Chucks tweets last night. Ready for news to break one way or another.
  14. @JonRothstein: Louisville's Quentin Snider in two NCAA Tournament games: 13.0 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 10-20 FGs, 4-7 3-pt FGs. Just 2 turnovers in 72 total minutes.
  15. Verdell Jones is like the rest of us in this aspect! @Vj3_217: Izzo is one of my favorite coaches..his teams are always at their best come March!
  16. @JeffRabjohns: Brian Wardle, Dane Fife, Greg Paulus among the coaches Bradley has interest in, per multiple sources.
  17. Haha, remember the Josh Cunningham thread. Boy, our 2014 recruiting was a thing legend.
  18. @MOKANElite: After tough journey, MSU frosh Tum Tum Nairn thankful to play for Izzo http://t.co/TLNGR5OBLC
  19. I didn't mean to get into a one on one on this so I'm done on my end. Just thought it an interesting tweet.
  20. Have you ever left a job angry? Or a position? It usually results in leaving a "wound". Occasionally the departure is mutual but more often than not, it's one sided. It leads to hurt feelings that are never resolved. Yes, he is happy now. Great! Is he "wounded" by his first "job" ending? Likely. Is this a subtle jab at the past "employer"? The second line was placed there for a reason. He has had two sets of teammates. Even if unintentional ( and I vote not) it's a comparison of programs/teammates.
  21. The inarguable context is he transferred from a place where he wasn't happy to a place he supposedly is happy. Knowing THAT context, it reads harshly towards his past teammates. Maybe unintentional but I vote not. A subtle blow to past teammates who will read it. Edit-but as you say, this is his current team, so I am glad he feels that way.
  22. papa Crean starts players after failed drug tests. Not sure how partying is the sole reason to explain that transfer.
  23. context my friend. He was aware of how that would read. Whatever though, good for him.
  24. @AEgentZer0: Tough way to end... Wouldn't want to do it with anyone else but these guys! Back to work we go... Austin Etherington Add salt to wounds. Stay classy AE, stay classy.
