I’ve also watched him a bunch (not as much as Mailman, but am a Valley Guy also) and I think it’s both. He’s seeing better athletes in-conference and he’s definitely not moving like he used to. Obviously was never explosive, but he just kinda……lumbers. It seems like he’s been injured for the last 3 years. He was beat up big time their last year at Drake. Still think if we go anywhere it’ll be on his shoulders in one way or another. They need to get him going.

8:00 tip on the Sunday night of a bunch of people’s final day of Christmas break is crazy. We’ve had a really weird schedule this year.

They were getting bullied up front and had to change things up. Davison for 26 is doing some heavy lifting in their YPC. If Stein was smart (which…even Oregon fans would tell you he isn’t the world’s brightest play caller, hence abandoning the run which I remain unworried about) he’d lean on their tempo package. That’s about the only thing they do that worries me.

Agreed all around. I don’t have to guard against complacency so personally I’m not that worried about this game. We physically beat them to a pulp in their house before we really even got into a groove and now we get them in what will be an atmospheric home game. We lived in Moore’s ear hole and they couldn’t run the ball to save their lives in October. If they think that will get any easier with their OC 90% consumed with rebuilding the Cayuts, well, good luck to ‘em. Hoosiers by 14.
