Imo no. I don't necessarily believe you can coach mens the same as women's. Totally different style and athletic ability. I felt the post was intended to imply if we had a mens coach who was as good as moren is at coaching the women's team we would be good. I watched the video. I felt like he gave his own opinion. He said if you watch alot of other teams they are playing harder than iu is for whatever reason. He said he watched auburn and purdue and was impressed how much effort auburn plays with. Imo woodson says some really stupid stuff. His latest was when someone said iu can't put a 40 minute game together and he disagreed saying we have played a few good 40 minute games and won by alot lol. I have watched every game and we have not had a full 40 minute game. Does anyone see fisch publicly commenting on ius lack of effort and falling way short of their abilities as a sign woodson may not finish this season? Sounds like he sees and is bracing for the devastation we're all about to experience. I believe if our kids were playing hard but just not talented he should finish the year. Wasting talent because they are ill prepared or for whatever reason not giving effort he should get canned and let anyone else but him finish out the season! Lol I am optimistic we fire woodson this season. I think cig will be a great coach for iu football and I believe the program is in good hands. I also acknowledge how competitive the college football landscape is and the margin for error is small. We need to accept that this season was a dream for iu football and we still didn't actually earn national respect in the end. Let's keep this thread about firing woodson! We arr alot farther imo from actually being a footballer school than alot realize. We need to fire woodson and build a winner ASAP. It's possible football can be great but we have a ton to prove.
