First there is a level of concern probably for every high major coach at least on some level. People are crazy and unpredictable imo. I have been a fan since I was 4 years old and I want woodson gone more than anyone or as much as anyone. Watching last night I was almost in tears because of how sad it was to see what's become of iu basketball. Who knows what crazy people might do if they also care. The crowd seemed restless and chanting and booing is not a safe environment for anyone. I mostly feel bad for people who have young kids or older folks having to be in that building hearing and seeing such devastation. What transpired last night has to be a rare thing in college basketball. You have to have the right combination of ingredients to have that ugly of a scene. A coach who should have been fired last season. You have to have a fanbase that care enough to still show up to the basketball game even though the team isn't grat. The worst half of basketball in 125 year history following a previous terrible game. A coach we could have had last season having a great first season. This isn't a normal situation the administration have put themselves in. The solution isn't easy. Nor sure why so many are saying no chance! Did you watch the game. They booed the team hard. The fans left at the half! They chanted to fire the coach. This level of toxic has to end. Imo it will be a miracle if he survives much longer. Fisch said he hasn't seen the team booed like that and said a couple of times how upset the fans are leaving. Nobody would put someone through what is coming imo. They are definitely realizing the mistake made by keeping him and probably in serious talks on how to best move forward and remedy this situation. I have to admit this was just demoralizing. I am not tank train person. I want these guys to succeed but this was hard to watch.
